What to do when the detail of your property isn’t showing on the homepage of the platform?

  1. Once you’re on the Homepage of your account, check the Your Property Portfolio section of your account by scrolling a little bit down. If the details of your property/properties are just like in the sample picture below, proceed to step 3.
  2. Go to Financials → Borrowings page and look for the property that has the missing details.
  3. Once you’re on the Borrowings page of your account, scroll down and look for your property/properties that have the missing details beside them. Scroll down till you see the “Is this loan Secured by an Asset?” option.
  4. If it is selected as no, change it to “Yes”.
  5. A new option should then pop up where it says “Loan Secured by” then select the property that’s associated with it in the dropdown.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Once you’re done doing those changes on your borrowings page, the details of your property/properties should now show on the Your Property Portfolio section of your homepage just like below.
