Portfolio View Is Now Live in MyPROPERTY!

If you’ve been looking for the best tool for managing property investments, you’re not alone.

And if you’ve ever wished you could see all your properties in one clear, easy-to-use dashboard — your wish just came true.

We’ve just launched Portfolio View, the latest feature inside the MyPROPERTY section of Moorr! Whether you’ve got one property or ten, Portfolio View gives you a powerful snapshot of your entire portfolio in real time — all for free.

🎥 Watch Ben walk you through why this feature matters and how it can help you manage your investments like a pro.

Why We Built Portfolio View

If you’ve been looking for a smarter way to stay on top of your portfolio, you’re not alone.  At the time of writing this blog, over 19,200 Moorr users are managing more than 35,000 investment properties through the platform — and those numbers are growing every day.

And here’s the thing: Moorr was built by property investors, for property investors. We understand the challenges that come with managing a growing portfolio — and we designed Portfolio View to make it easier, clearer, and more actionable.

As Ben explains in the video, there are three big things every property investor should understand:

  1. Your equity position – How much of your portfolio is growing in value and how that’s changing over time.
  2. Your lending structure – Which loans are secured against what, and how your lending is set up.
  3. Your cashflow – Are you in the green, breaking even, or tipping into negative cashflow? And what does that mean for your budget?

And there’s a bonus fourth one too: tax insights. You’ll now be able to forecast how much tax you might save or owe based on your current setup. Handy, right?

Portfolio View was designed to help you track the sum of all parts — not just one property at a time, but your entire financial picture, all in one place.

Whether you’re planning your next move or just want peace of mind, it’s all here — no spreadsheets required.
