Want your partner or another secondary contact to have their own login to your Moorr account?
You can enable secondary user access from the Moorr web app (Log in here), giving them their own login credentials while still keeping you as the Primary Account Holder.
Here’s how to set it up.
- Head to Personal Info
Log in to the Moorr web app and navigate to your Personal Info page.
Find the secondary contact you’d like to give access to. Next to their email address, you’ll see an Enable Login button.
Note: Secondary user access currently needs to be enabled from the Moorr web app.

- Select ‘Enable Login’
Click Enable Login next to the secondary contact’s email address.
Before access is enabled, you’ll be shown the Secondary User Access Terms & Conditions.
These explain a few important things about sharing your Moorr account, including:
- You remain the Primary Account Holder and responsible for the information held in your account.
- The secondary user will be able to access information within your Moorr account.
- They’ll use their own login credentials to access Moorr.
- Either of you can revoke their access in the future.
- Only the Primary Account Holder can close the Moorr account.
Review the conditions and select Continue if you’re happy to proceed.

- We’ll send them an invitation
That’s it from your end! 🎉
Once you continue, Moorr will send an email to the secondary user letting them know they’ve been invited to access your account.
You’ll also see a confirmation on screen letting you know the email has been sent.

- They set up their own login
The secondary user will receive an email from Opti, your AI Companion in Moorr containing a unique link to set up their password.
The link is valid for 24 hours. Once they’ve created their password, they can log in to Moorr using their own email address and credentials.
If the link expires, they can head to the Moorr login page and select Forgot your password to generate a new one.
Need to remove access later?
If you ever need to remove a secondary user’s login access, you can do that from Moorr too.

And that’s it — you can now both access Moorr using your own login details and manage your household finances together.
