Good news for property investors! We’ve just rolled out some updates that make it easier than ever to track your investment property expenses in Moorr—more detail, more flexibility, and less fiddling around.
Whether you’re claiming deductions at tax time or simply want to get clearer on your cash flow, these new features are designed to give you sharper control over your numbers.
Why It Matters
As a property investor, staying on top of your outgoings isn’t just a good habit—it’s how you maximise deductions, keep your portfolio cash flow positive, and plan with confidence.
With more granular expense tracking and in-screen entry options, you’ll spend less time jumping between views—and more time making smart decisions with your data.
What’s New?
✅ Adding Property Expenses easily!
You can now add property-related expenses directly in the Investment Property Card!
Simply go to your Investment Property Cards in MyFINANCIALS. Look for the Ongoing Property Costs and click on the (+) button. You’ll se both options there: Quickly Add one expense or if you have a few expenses, select “Take me to bulk edit”.
And of course, you can also add them straight from the Bulk Edit screen! This was a big user request, and we’re stoked to deliver it. If you haven’t read about all the other upgrades to Bulk Edit, check out our blog post here:
