Introducing Your Tailored Opti Monthly Briefing, Delivered to Your Inbox

A more personalised way to keep an eye on your money, property and wealth progress.

We’re excited to share that the first Opti Monthly Briefing has now been sent to eligible Moorr users. 🎉

Opti is Moorr’s AI companion, designed to help you make sense of your money, property and wealth data inside Moorr. Unlike a typical product update email, this isn’t designed to tell you what’s new in Moorr.

Instead, it’s designed to show you what’s happening in your Moorr account — including your goals, key dates, money in and out, debts, property insights and wealth progress — so you can stay more informed, more organised and more on track.

Think of it as your monthly money check-in from Opti. 😉

What is the Opti Monthly Briefing?

The Opti Monthly Briefing is a personalised email report sent to eligible Moorr users each month.

It gives you a snapshot of the information you’ve added into Moorr, including things like:

  • Your goals and key date reminders
  • Monthly surplus cash flow
  • Estimated property equity
  • Your investment property snapshot
  • Spending compared to your target
  • WealthSPEED and WealthCLOCK progress
  • Property market insights, where available

The aim is simple: to help you quickly see what changed, what might need your attention, and what action you may want to take next.

We’d love your feedback

This is our first version of the Opti Monthly Briefing, and we’d love to know what you think. Was it useful? Was anything confusing? What would you love to see added in future months?

Your feedback will help us shape future versions and make the briefing more valuable for all Moorr users.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Why we created it

We know that managing money, property and long-term goals can feel like a lot.

There are bills to track, loans to review, investment property reminders to stay ahead of, market movements to understand, goals to revisit and spending habits that can change from month to month.

And while Moorr already helps bring this information together in one place, we wanted to make it easier for you to stay connected with your progress without needing to remember to check everything manually.

That’s where the Opti Monthly Briefing comes in.

Each month, Opti gives you a quick summary of what’s happening across your Moorr account, helping you spot opportunities, notice changes and take action earlier.

Because small check-ins can lead to better money habits over time.

What was included in our very first briefing?

The very first briefing brought together a personalised snapshot across a few key areas of Moorr, including:

  • Goals & Key Dates — upcoming goals, financial reminders and property-related dates.
  • Property Snapshot — your home, investment property and relevant suburb market stats.
  • Expenditure vs Budget — where your money went and how your spending compared to your target.
  • Wealth Progress — your WealthSPEED, WealthCLOCK and broader progress snapshot.

The idea is to help you quickly see what changed, what needs attention and where you may want to take action next.

What can you do now to improve the quality of your data?

The more up to date your information is in Moorr, the more useful your Opti Monthly Briefing can become.

A few simple things can make a big difference:

  • Update your goals
Make sure your goals are still current, so Moorr can help you track your progress each month. Learn how to add a goal here >
  • Add or update your key dates
You can add key date reminders for your investment property inside your financial cards, helping you stay ahead of important dates like loan repayments, insurance renewals and property-related reminders. Learn how to add key date reminders here >
  • Keep your transactions up to date
You can import your bank transactions using a CSV file, so your income, expenses and spending categories are more accurate. Learn how to import transactions here >
  • Review your financial cards
Check that your income, expenses, debts, properties and other assets are still accurate, so your Moorr insights reflect your current position.
  • Update your property details
If you own a home or investment property, keeping your property value, loan balance, rent and ownership details up to date can help improve your property and wealth snapshots.

What’s coming next?

This is just the beginning.

Over time, we’ll continue improving the Opti Monthly Briefing so it becomes even more useful, more personalised and more actionable.

Future versions may include more insights from MoneySMARTS and MoneyFIT, helping you better understand your spending patterns, surplus position, financial fitness and how your money is tracking against your targets.

And of course, one of the biggest future improvements will come when Open Banking becomes available in Moorr.

Once Open Banking is live, users will be able to connect their financial accounts more seamlessly, which should make it easier to keep balances and transactions up to date. That means future Monthly Briefings can become more accurate, more automated and more helpful — with less manual updating required.

Our long-term goal is for your Opti Monthly Briefing to become a smarter monthly money companion that helps you understand:

  • What changed
  • What needs attention
  • What progress you’re making
  • What action you may want to take next

It’s about awareness, momentum and small actions that can help you move forward.

So next time Opti lands in your inbox, take a quick look. You might spot something useful.
