Money is rarely a one-person thing.
Whether you’re managing the household budget, keeping track of property, reviewing loans or working towards your financial goals together, it can be much easier when both people can see what’s going on.
That’s why we’ve introduced Secondary User Access in Moorr.
If you already have a partner or secondary contact included in your Moorr account, you can now give them their own login, so you can both access the same household financial picture without sharing passwords.
How does Secondary User Access work?
The Primary Account Holder remains in control of the Moorr account and can choose whether to enable login access for a secondary contact.
Once access is enabled, the secondary user receives an email invitation from Moorr and can create their own password.
From there, they can sign in using their own email address and login details and access the shared Moorr account.
No more borrowing someone else’s password. 🙌
How do I enable their login?
Secondary User Access can currently be managed from the Moorr web app.
Head to your Personal Info page, find your secondary contact and select Enable Login next to their email address.
You’ll be asked to review the Secondary User Access Terms & Conditions before their invitation is sent.

Can I remove their access later?
Yep.
If circumstances change, the Primary Account Holder can revoke a secondary user’s login access at any time from the Personal Info page.
Their login will be removed and they’ll no longer be able to access the account, while information already held within Moorr will remain.
You can also enable their access again later if you need to.

A few important things to know
The person who originally created the Moorr account remains the Primary Account Holder. They remain responsible for the information held within the account and are the only person who can close the Moorr account.
Secondary users use their own login credentials and are responsible for their own activity while accessing the account.
One household. Two logins. A clearer money picture.
For households managing their finances together, Secondary User Access means both of you can now get involved in Moorr without needing to share credentials.
It’s another small step towards making it easier to understand your money, property and financial position — together.
Jump into the Moorr web app and head to Personal Info to get started.
